Oct. 4 Site _

The Google Pixel was set to release on Oct. 4th of 2016.

Google needed a simple way to build anticipation for the phone, and create a place where folks can sign up and get notified of further details. We created a simple microsite that maintained the creative “search bar to phone shape” device.

We also easter egged exclusive images of the phone within the code as a nod to our loyal Nexus techies.

Indecisive Millennial _

With the Grammys on the way and a premier buy on YouTubes masthead, Pixel wanted a spot that addressed the breadth of music being celebrated.

The only problem?
Can't say Grammy, and the buy was a digital banner so actual music couldn't be a hero in the piece.

Our solution dealt with the fact that music goes hand in hand with fashion. We captured the indecisiveness of a young woman paired with fashion and hairstyles of different genres of music to create a quick spot that commented on the Grammys as well as a relatable moment at home.

Google wanted more of a presence in what’s becoming the new craze in media buys. Bumpers, Snap ads, and Story ads. Quick branded messages that tell a story in :06 seconds.

Contextual Bumpers _

Having enjoyed working on the previous YouTube bumper work we presented and pushed our own contextual bumper idea. We created 4 new concepts that revolve around the benefits of Pixel that directly related to specific types of videos online.
